POSITION 1
IT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

(FULL TIME/PART TIME)

Job Scope:
1. To deal with customers via email
2. To process company sales record (data entry type)
3. To involve in basic web and graphic design
4. To deal with stock management role when needed
5. And general office work

Working Day/Time:
1. Full Time: 5/6 working days a week, on rotation basis.
2. If the candidate is not able to work full time, part time arrangement can be considered
3. Able to work on weekends and public holiday if such days are assigned
4. 9am – 6pm on each working day, 1hour lunch break in between
5. No overtime (OT)

Requirement:
1. Good computer knowledge, especially relating to Word, Excel and Email Software
2. Good knowledge on HTML and picture editing software.
3. Not necessarily to have IT or Graphic related degree/diploma but it will be an advantage
4. Good command in English (type/write) – our company is dealing mainly with English-speaking customers.
5. Ability to type/write in Chinese will be an advantage.
6. No previous experience required
7. Age: 18 – 26 preferred
8. Must be Malaysian
9. The candidate should have positive thinking, team work, self-discipline and creative.
10. Able to work independently and productive

Working Environment:
1. Working Attire: Casual wear but smart
2. Friendly and Informal type of working environment
3. Chinese speaking among the management and colleague
4. No need to meet customer
5. Personal Computer and individual working table provided

Salary and Benefit:
1. During probation period: RM1300
2. On confirmation: RM1500 + EPF + Socso
3. Benefit such as annual leave, medical leave, bonus, rewards, salary increment, etc

1. To follow up/update/build/maintain e-commerce website/webpage of the company and its customer.
2. To involve in advance web and graphic design
3. To support the job scope of other colleague when needed (training will be provided)
4. And general office work

Working Day/Time:
